ADHD and Life Coach for Adults, Young People and Parents
Based in North Yorkshire working online nationally
Helping busy, overwhelmed minds to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and calm.
If you have ADHD, think you might, or are supporting a child or young person who does, life can feel chaotic, exhausting and hard to manage.
I’m Becky Durran, an ICF‑accredited ADHD, life and wellbeing coach, supporting adults, young people and parents to understand their brains, develop practical strategies, and create lives that feel calmer, more balanced and more fulfilling.
Coaching tailored to you
Whether you or someone you love has ADHD, or life simply feels overwhelming. I offer a safe and supportive space to find clarity and build practical strategies.
ADHD Coaching
For adults and young people with ADHD, an ADHD assessment underway, or who think they may have ADHD.
Together we identify your unique strengths and develop tailored strategies around focus, organisation, time management and overwhelm.
Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing coaching gives you space to step back, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Ideal if you're feeling stuck, drained, or on the edge of burnout.
Coaching helps you find clarity, direction, and renewed energy.
Coaching for parents
Practical support for parents of children and young people with ADHD.
Build confidence, improve communication, set effective routines, and develop a deeper understanding of ADHD — creating a calmer, more supportive home life.
Coaching for young people
I have particular expertise in coaching young people, including those with care experience.
I work with age 14 and upwards on organisation, transitions, educational decisions, and building confidence for the road ahead.
Hi, I'm Becky
An ICF Associate Certified Coach helping busy minds to slow down, reconnect, and grow with clarity, purpose and joy.
My journey began with a Psychology degree from the University of Nottingham, followed by teacher training at Cambridge. I spent 14 years teaching A-Level Psychology, then became a Leaving Care Worker — supporting young people as they navigate life beyond the care system.
I live in beautiful North Yorkshire with my husband and our two teenage children, one of whom has ADHD. This personal experience, alongside my professional background, shapes everything I bring to ADHD coaching in North Yorkshire and beyond.

We establish clearly defined boundaries at the start, so you always know what to expect from our work together.
03 Sensitive to your values
I am always respectful of your individual values, beliefs and experiences — coaching is led entirely by you.
